About Skillmark

Built for the things you keep coming back to.

Skillmark is an independent app for understanding the time you put into your hobbies—without turning them into a job, a feed, or a vague self-improvement project.

Why it exists

Most fitness trackers make movement visible. Skillmark applies that useful idea to the rest of the things people spend years getting better at: instruments, drawing, archery, baking, languages, and whatever else earns a place in your week.

The app records time, organizes the different parts of a hobby, and turns that history into practical views of balance, consistency, and pace. The point is clarity—not pressure.

Why local-first

A hobby tracker should not need a social profile to be useful. Skillmark works without an account and keeps your activity on your device. Backup files are created and controlled by you.

How it is built

Skillmark is independently developed and maintained. That means the website, support, product decisions, and app all come from the same small operation. It also means feedback can have a direct path into the product.

Where it is going

The Android app is available now. An iPhone version is in development, with the same focus on clear information, accessible controls, and tools that stay out of the way of the hobby itself.
